The hotel's location near Hakata Train Station is super convenient, just 2 minutes away, offering easy access to the city center of Fukuoka. The rooms, though typically small like most business hotels in Japan, were surprisingly spacious and comfortable with the exception of the uncontrollable air conditioning set on heating. The staff were friendly and professional, providing helpful service such as keeping luggage for early arrivals. The dining options in the evenings featured a wide variety of mostly Japanese food, satisfying different tastes. The nail-fixed sockets in the rooms were inconvenient, but the proximity to Hakata City train station, filled with ramen noodle shops, offered an array of dining choices.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, situated in a prime location near Hakada Train Station in the city center of Fukuoka. The rooms were cozy and clean, though the air-conditioning could use some adjustment. The service was professional and helpful, and the dining options, while not extraordinary, offered a mix of Western and Japanese dishes. It was a convenient choice, considering the proximity to transportation hubs and the city's attractions.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was superb, right across the street from Hakata Station, making it perfect for my one-night stay before departing the next day. The rooms, while a bit outdated, were extremely spacious compared to typical business hotels in Japan. However, the language barrier with staff who only spoke Korean and Japanese was a challenge throughout the night.

The room I stayed in, 1162, was a bit outdated but incredibly spacious, offering more room than you'd usually find in business hotels in Japan.
Service
6.0
The service was a mix of helpfulness and challenges. While they stored my luggage when I arrived early, they insisted on a printed booking document, which was a bit inconvenient. And the language barrier was notable since they only spoke Korean and Japanese.
